On a mission
I wont keep looking at my weight it will only depress me so I will only check at the end of each month. I’m not running to loose weight (although that would be nice) I want to feel good!

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
I’m a woman from Vancouver Washington Clark, born in 1977.
My favorite sports include: running swimming walking hiking team
My goals are: I want to run a half marathon and someday a marathon. I would also like to get fit.
My other favorite activities include: soccer.

starting
This is my first week back to running. I have decided to play soccer on Mondays with the team, and then jog/run on Wednesday and Friday. Sunday will be my long runs. Went well although my feet hurt. I love the park I found to run it and it has a trail that is mile marked.
